Win7 Game Terms and Conditions for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Win7 Game platform in any capacity — whether you are browsing as a guest, registering as a new player, or logging into an existing account — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

Registration at Win7 Game requires a valid Pakistani mobile number. During the registration process you will be required to verify your number via OTP. You must provide your real name, date of birth and contact details. You must not use another person's identity or create fictitious details.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual player may hold one Win7 Game account only. Having more than one account — whether active, suspended or previously closed — is a violation of these terms. Win7 Game uses a combination of identity verification, device fingerprinting and payment method checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Win7 Game staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify support immediately. Win7 Game is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

3.4 Keeping Details Updated

If your contact details, mobile number or payment method change, you are responsible for updating your Win7 Game account accordingly. Outdated information may delay withdrawals or prevent account verification from completing.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Supported Methods

Win7 Game accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypa isa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the deposit page. All deposits are processed in PKR.

4.2 Minimum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method. Win7 Game does not charge a fee for standard local deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast. Your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

4.3 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit to your Win7 Game balance within a few seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers and some other methods may take longer depending on the sending institution. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Deposit Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any funds you deposit into Win7 Game belong to you and are from a legitimate source. Win7 Game does not accept deposits made from payment methods registered to third parties. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from another person to deposit, is not permitted.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. Win7 Game supports withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and direct bank transfer. Withdrawal requests to unverified or third-party accounts will not be processed.

5.2 Verification Before Withdrawal

Win7 Game may require identity verification before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold. This is a standard platform security requirement. You will be asked to provide a valid CNIC or equivalent identity document and may be asked to verify ownership of the payment method being used. Verification is a one-time process for standard withdrawals once completed successfully.

5.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes listed on the Withdrawal page. Processing times may vary based on the method selected, the volume of requests being handled, and whether additional verification is required. Win7 Game aims to process standard verified withdrawals promptly.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Funds subject to an active bonus wagering requirement are not available for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is fully met. Win7 Game reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, duplicate accounts or a breach of these terms. Where a withdrawal is declined for compliance reasons, Win7 Game will communicate the reason to the player where it is legally permissible to do so.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on Win7 Game are subject to the specific rules of the event and market concerned. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing. Win7 Game reserves the right to limit stake amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts without prior notice.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed and binding once you receive a confirmation reference within the platform. Bets that do not generate a confirmation number due to connection issues, platform errors or session timeouts are not considered accepted. It is your responsibility to verify that a bet has been confirmed before assuming it is active.

6.3 Cricket, PSL and Sports Markets

Cricket markets — including PSL, international T20s, ODIs and Tests — follow the official match rules as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, rescheduled or otherwise altered, settlement will follow the market-specific rules displayed at the time the bet was placed. Win7 Game uses official scorecards and verified data feeds to settle all cricket markets.

6.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are available for selected events. Odds in live markets update continuously and your bet will be settled at the odds confirmed at the time your bet was accepted, not at any earlier or later price. In-play bets are subject to brief delays for odds verification — if odds change during this window, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new price or cancel.

6.5 Void Bets

Win7 Game reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a palpable error in odds, where a market was offered in error, or where settlement is affected by force majeure events. Bets that are voided will be refunded to your account balance at the original stake amount.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Win7 Game offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and expiry dates.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully completed.
• Only one welcome or deposit bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per payment method.
• Win7 Game reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonuses obtained through the use of duplicate accounts or in violation of these terms will be forfeited.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit platform pricing in a way that constitutes abuse rather than genuine play.
• Using a VPN, proxy server or other technology to disguise your location or identity.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime using the Win7 Game platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification or any communication with Win7 Game.

Win7 Game monitors all account activity for patterns associated with prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, accounts may be suspended pending investigation. Win7 Game cooperates with relevant authorities where financial crime is suspected.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by Win7 Game

Win7 Game may suspend or restrict your account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that these terms have been violated, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that account security has been compromised. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets or make withdrawals. Win7 Game will communicate the reason for suspension where it is appropriate to do so.

9.2 Closure by Win7 Game

Accounts may be permanently closed for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a violation, the verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

9.3 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your Win7 Game account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, any pending bets will be settled normally and any available verified balance will be processed for withdrawal via your registered method. Account closure requests may take a short time to process.
